Molly walks into Kelley’s; Laura asks
her if she saw Spencer. She says he was
getting in an Uber and mentioned something about not letting Crimson cast
shadows on his legacy; Kevin determines that Spencer has gone to see Nina. Stella Henry walks into Kelley’s and sees
Molly doting on TJ. She introduces
herself; she seems surprised to learn that Molly and TJ live together.
Nina tells Spencer there must be some
mistake; she swears no one is trying to his birthright. He tells her he doesn’t care what anybody
else says, that home was his father’s and it should now be his; she tells him,
with Valentin in prison, everything will probably be put into trust for
Charlotte. Spencer pulls out his phone
and says he is booking a flight to Hauge right now, to go talk to Valentin in
person; Nina tells him flying around the world may not be the best idea. Spencer cries, “Valentin murdered my
father.” Nina kneels down beside him and
says she can’t imagine how much he misses his father; he starts to sob, saying
“everyday” he misses him and it’s Valentin’s fault. Nina hugs him; Kevin and Laura come in. They apologize for his barging in and make him apologize as well;
Nina tells them it’s okay and tells Spencer that she knows he will always miss
his dad, but in time, maybe it won’t hurt so much. Laura tells
Spencer, from now on, he will tell her what he wants and she will tell him if
he is allowed to do it Nina asks Kevin if he thinks she is a horrible person for
divorcing Valentin over this; he says Valentin lied by omission, so no, she
could no be accused of abandoning him.
Jordan shows up at Curtis’ and tells him that they need to cool things
off, at least until his aunt leaves town; he tells her they can do this. He doesn’t want her backing out now, after
all they’ve been through; he tells her that they will work things out, saying
Thomas would want them to be happy, even if it is with each other. Molly sits, talking with Stella, and
thinking she already knows, inadvertently tells her about Shaun being TJ’s
biological father; she says her nephew Thomas was a good man. TJ is shocked when he comes back to the
table with Molly’s order and sees his Aunt Stella; he asks how long she has
been there and she says “long enough.”
After Molly takes her order and goes, Stella tells TJ that she knows
about Shaun being his father; he tries to explain, as his mom explained to him,
but Stella goes on a rampage, saying Jordan is going to answer for her
lies. Stella walks into the station and
starts blasting Jordan with insults, right in front of all the officers; she
calls her trash, and a faithless whore.
Carly tells Sonny this place is such a
reminder of Morgan and all the bad things that have happened; he tells her they
love this place, and have been happy there before. He says maybe they could be happy there again and leans over to
kiss Carly; a knock comes on the door.
It’s the liquor delivery; the man apologizes for the late
intrusion. Carly tells Sonny they could
get the banking done and she could go home tonight; he says banks are closed
and there is no Internet service right now.
Sonny asks Carly if she wants to go to the Casino; she says she wants to
stay there and asks if he could make a couple more Mojitos. He pours their drinks and they play a few
rounds of poker; he says this is how they should have handled the divorce. Carly looses her desire to play anymore; he apologizes
for saying that and tries to comfort her.
She says tomorrow they are going to move forward with their lives; she
says the drinks have her head spinning and she needs to talk a walk. A man stands outside the door,
listening. Carly is surprised to see
him standing there when she opens the door to go clear her head.
Jason can tell
something isn’t right with Sam, as she insists on wanting to go with him to
check on Sonny and Carly; she sits down and confesses to him that she keeps
having these episodes, where her mind keeps telling her to worry that he is in
danger. She feels better after telling
him; Jason says he will just call Sonny, but then he can’t reach him. Sam says he needs to go ahead and go; she
insists she will be fine. He says he doesn’t
want to leave her alone now; she says she would feel worse if he didn’t go
now. The minute Jason walks out the
door, Sam starts shaking and sits down on the floor, breathing heavily. Molly knocks on the door, bringing BLTs; she
asks where Jason is and says she wants to play Scrabble. Sam tells Molly he has gone out of town;
Molly asks why she looks so worried and Sam confesses her episodes to Molly,
explaining it’s like when something goes South on a case, but it is ALL the
time and she feels like she is going crazy.
Molly tells her she thinks she knows exactly what’s going on. She says he is simply overwhelmed with being
a new mom, and since she didn’t raise Danny when he was young, it’s like she’s
doing it all for the first time; she thinks she is just projecting her concerns
onto Jason. Sam falls asleep after
Molly leaves; Jason walks in the door.
She jumps up saying she is glad he is safe there with her; Sonny steps
in behind him and spookily says, “he’s not yours… he belongs to me.”
