Margaux reveals to Sonny that
Vincent Marino was her father; Sonny offers his condolences. She says he used to work for a man named
Scully; he walked out when she was 2 years old, and now she knows why. He disappeared and just never came
back. Sonny denies knowing a man named
Scully; Margaux asks if he is sure, continuing on with the history of this man
Scully and his father. She asks if he
sees how it all connects. Jason
questions why Sam wants him to make peace with Drew; she says, simply, because
he’s your brother. He says they can
barely stand to be in the same room together, but she says he is dealing with
something; he asks if it affects anyone else he loves… she says yes. She tells him they only thing he can do,
though, “is be present, especially for Monica.” She tells him it could get a little uncomfortable, but he just
needs to be patient; he says he will do his best. She kisses him and leaves.
Kim tells Drew she “had a plan” and now
she doesn’t know what to do; he tells her Oscar deserves to know he has cancer
and he should hear it from both of them.
Dr. Randolf comes in to talk to Kim and Drew; she tells them they have
some decisions to make about Oscar. She
says he may be a candidate for a clinical trial, but he would have to know he
is sick to be enrolled.Franco runs into Carly at the hospital; he jokes about
Cameron and Jos getting caught shoplifting.
He says Elizabeth told him; she gets angry. He laughs and says he thought they were good, since he helped
rescue her from the mental hospital.
She says not if his fiancé keeps making digs about her daughter; she
says maybe Jos isn’t the bad influence on Cameron – maybe it’s the other way
around. Oscar tells Cameron he has no
idea what he is talking about; he says, “I don’t have cancer… I’m fine.” He says he just has hypoglycemia. Cameron apologizes, but says, “it just all
fit.” Oscar says he would know if he
had brain cancer; “my parents would tell me,” he says. He tells Carly he has to bail. Cameron tells Jos that he needs go too; she
asks her mother to explain boys to her because she just doesn’t get them.
Mike
comes downstairs and tells Jason that something is wrong; he says, he doesn’t
know what he did, but he knows he has done something wrong and it could affect
his son. Margaux goes on to tell Sonny
about another murder tied to Scully and insinuates that he is protecting his father;
she says she is going to get justice for her father, no matter how long it
takes. Jordan asks Margaux, after Sonny
leaves, why she didn’t disclose to her that the victim was her father. She apologizes and says it just became more
real when she said it out loud. Jordan
tells her to take some time off to deal with this, maybe get counseling;
Margaux gets angry and says all she needs to get the son-of-a-bitch that killed
her father.Mike asks Jason what he would do for his sons; he says he would do
anything. Mike sits down and shakes his
head; he says, “some mistakes you just can’t take back.” When Sonny gets back, he tells his dad he
needs to know everything he knows about that body. He recalls a night, says Charlie DeLaney owed him a favor; he was
expanding his club, about the pour the foundation, so he let him bring the body
and they put it under three feet of concrete.
Sonny asks what he did with the gun; suddenly Mike does not know what
they are talking about, and he is lost in time again. Sonny explains to Jason that Vincent Marino was Scully’s lawyer…
and Margaux Dawson’s father. He says,
“this D.A. is not going to stop until she takes me down.” As Kim and Drew talk with the doctor about
the clinical trial, and decide that they should take the opportunity to enroll
Oscar, Oscar bursts in the door; he asks his mother if it is true that he has
cancer. They don’t answer; the doctor
excuses herself. He asks the doctor if
she is an oncologist; Drew tells him they will answer his questions. He tells them to “quit pretending and just say
it.” Kim tells him, “honey, you have
cancer.”
