Anna is out with
Jordan, looking at an old bar, when Jordan notices that Anna’s focus is on her
phone. Anna apologizes; they sit down
and Jordan tells her about Curtis’ proposals and why she has turned them
down. She doesn’t think Curtis really
wants that commitment, and questions whether she herself is ready for
marriage. Valentin notices that Peter
is a little “on edge.” Valentin tells
Peter he has convinced Anna to stop searching for Heinrik. Valentin insists he has always considered
Heinrick a son of his; Peter thanks him for the moment, but says he is still
not leaving Port Charles. Valentin asks
if he needs anything else from him; Peter says no, he will find a way to deal
with Sam. He goes back to his email to
his mother.
Jason and Sonny keep digging for a while, hoping to find the gun, but they figure someone else already found it and the body. Everybody at the shower rushes into the room to see Carly leaning over Nelle; Carly tells them she grabbed a blanket out of her hands and then “just fell.” Monica goes into doctor mode and sends Carly out of the room. She calls the police and reports an assault, telling them Carly was “badgering the victim”; Carly swears it was an accident. When Nelle wakes up in the hospital, she tells everyone that Carly pushed her “on purpose.” Chase questions the people still at home; Olivia does admit to hearing Carly tell Nelle to stop saying Morgan’s name, adding that tempers were flying all over the place. Carly tells her side; tells about the blanket Nell made just like the one Morgan had. But when they go to look for the blanket at the top of the stairs, there is nothing there; Ava has snuck up and grabbed it, sticking it in her purse. Everyone looks at Carly like she is crazy as she tells them that everything that has been happening “was all Nelle.” Carly gets angry and tries to leave.
Chase says, with the conflicting testimony, he cannot hold her, but Dante meets her at the door. He places her under arrest because of Nelle’s accusation. Michael vows to stay by Nelle’s side; he says “he is not going anywhere.” Curtis sees Jordan and Anna and comes to sit down with them; Anna ends up going over to talk to Finn, but the backs out again when she sees him kiss Alexis. She makes small talk. Chase bumps into Finn; he comments on what a small world it is… Chase excuses himself. Anna asks about their encounter; Finn tells her they are working on their relationship. She says she is happy for him. She returns to her email to Heinrik; Jordan comes back to the table. Peter reads the email, giving him his birthday; he is now certain this woman is his mother, but he doesn’t know, yet, it is Anna.
