Carly brings Sonny and birthday cupcake… they talk about Carlos and getting closer to putting Julian away.  Julian meets Alexis for lunch; Olivia rushes in saying they have to talk about Leo.  She tells them ‘he stood up’; she has a video.  Finn tells Tracy that the tests show all residual infections are gone – Finn tells Tracy that he will be leaving as he no longer has privileges at the hospital.  Tracy demands he stay.  Monica agrees.  Jordan gets a visit from Andre at the PD; she tells him she’s working… he tells her he is only there to evaluate a prisoner.  She apologizes.  Paul tells Anna she is not getting out on bail.  When she asks why, he says she may be a danger to others.

Ned runs into Olivia and tells her he is glad she told Julian (that she couldn’t live with the lie).  But he is surprised to hear that they are co-parenting.  Alexis comes to talk to Jordan about Carlos.   Anna tells Paul that he is perverting the law.  Carly tells Sonny there is much more coming for his birthday; she’s glad he doesn’t mind celebrating it now.  Sonny makes a call to the PD to check on Carlos.  Ned mentions the lie being the reason he left and it not being there anymore… then asks her if they could go see a movie together sometime.  He also says he would like to have coffee soon and see Leo.

Andre tells Anna he needs to talk to Anna alone; she tells Paul to leave.  Andre asks what the hell happened.  Then says she might be where she belongs.  Jordan tells Alexis they will have plenty of evidence by the time Carlos goes to trial… Alexis files a Motion to Dismiss.  Sonny greets Alexis – asks her if she is really trying to set Carlos free.  She tries to justify it, but Sonny won’t have any of it and tells Alexis her ethics have gone out the window.  Andre tells Anna he is afraid that Paul may hurt her.  Ned visits Tracy in her room; she asks him to stay, telling him they have ELQ back.  Ned seems to consider the offer.  Carly also agrees that Finn should stay; Monica says they need to do something about Olbrecht being Chief of Staff.
