Hayden arrives at
the hotel room where her mysterious contact told her to come pick up the
papers; it’s Diane… Nicolas sits in a chair inside the room. He looks pissed. Laura and Lulu walk into Wyndemere and Elizabeth tells them she
found something; but then she says she may be being paranoid. Maxie tries to talk to Griffin about being
in the upcoming ‘real men’ issue of Crimson, but he wants nothing to do with
it; when Maxie asks him why he’s being so cold, he tells her it’s because of
her boyfriend. Diane tells Hayden she
doesn’t like being misled like this; Nicolas asks to speak to Hayden alone. Parker tells Cristina that she caught wind
of this guy snooping around the campus asking about her professors from last
semester; she’s concerned. Cristina
assures her that the investigation is over.
Parker touches her semi-intimately when she grabs for her purse; she
apparently still cares for Cristina.
Elizabeth and Lulu both tell Laura that she should throw the key away
and forget about Helena… but she is insistent that she must know what it is for
and what it means. Michael comes to
talk to Anna, asking her for information on where Carlos is so he can try to
find Sabrina. She doesn’t have any
information for him; Griffin is at her door when Michael goes to leave. Hayden has an explanation; she claims she
was just preparing, in case it looks like he is going to lose ELQ – she had
Diane draw up papers transferring ownership to her. Nicolas appears to buy her story; he tells her he is there to
change his will for her. Parker tells
Cristina that she does still care about her; she needs to know that she’s going
to be alright – Christina tells her she doesn’t know if she ever will
again. Maxie talks to Nathan about
Griffin acting weird; he acts oblivious.
They decide they need to go home, because he ‘should be in bed’ – it’s
his last day of medical restriction.
Anna shows Griffin pictures of Duke and talks to him about their love
for each other; she cries as she tells him about their last day together. Laura asks Elizabeth why she’s being so
quiet… she tells her she’s just contemplating – says she understands her desire
to know – sometimes, it’s just better to know the truth. When they leave, she gets back on Hayden’s
computer; the search results show a Naomi Dreyfus-Berlin
(Elizabeth thinks that name sounds familiar).
Hayden kisses Nicolas and
tells him she’s glad they had this ‘misunderstanding’; he doesn’t look thrilled
as she walks out the door. He questions
Diane about Hayden’s intentions… she suggests he not sign the documents if he
has any doubts about his wife. Nicolas
decides to table any changes to his will for now.
When Hayden gets home she tells Elizabeth she is going to have
her and her boys kicked out; Elizabeth tells her she is the one who will be
leaving – and she won’t be coming back.
When Parker goes to leave, she kisses Cristina goodbye. Lulu and Laura find a relatively new trunk
up in the attic; the key turns the lock.
