Finn talks to Peter, who is still in the hospital; Peter thanks him for saving him, saying anyone else would have let him die.  Finn says, “except for your mother”; he tells him he should really give Anna a chance to get to know him.  Peter has no interest in knowing his mother.

Robert shows up at the station; he asks Jordan for permission to talk to Obrecht.  He gloats about karma; Leisel says she now understands the pain he and Anna must have felt.  Robert leaves to go take Peter into custody; when he gets to Peter’s room, though, Finn refuses to sign the release.  Maxie sneaks in to see Nina in the interrogation room; she asks how she could allow Leisel to rope her into kidnapping Peter.  She says she doesn’t want her going down for this; Nina tells Maxie Peter has decided not to name her as an accomplice.

Jordan has video footage of Michael and Nelle in the car; Chase guarantees Sonny Michael will get a confession and it will all be over soon.  Nelle gets nervous when they pass the street to the hospital; he tells her they are going to go to the store first and than back to the hospital.  She recalls her conversation with Chase; she tells Michael he could just let her out there, which he refuses to do, of course.  She says she doesn’t need the lollipops after all, and suggests they go home; when he refuses to turn back, she yells that the car is going to crash if he doesn’t pull over.  He pushes her until she confesses everything, killing Zach, setting up Chase, harassing his mother, but just as he was demanding her to admit that Carly didn’t push her, headlights come at them; Michael swerves and the video feed screen goes black.

Jason gets Franco to let him into the facilities at Ferncliff; Jason walks into the hallway, gun drawn.  He puts Mary Pat and an orderly in a room and locks it; he goes into the treatment room and tells the doctor and nurse to stop what they are doing.

Chase asks Michael if he is sure he doesn’t want to back out; Chase says he is ready to “pull the trigger.”  Kiki tells Ava she won’t be coming back to work after the baby is born; she then starts ranting about the baby blanket, and reminds Ava that they are “in this together.”  She begins to question what she is doing; Chase gives her the chance to back out of it, but she decides “Michael has to die.”  Chase tells her he has rigged the controls to fail after fifteen miles of driving; she says she will have him drop her off somewhere and establish an alibi.  Chase goes back to the station and tells Jordan that everything is going to be over with tonight.  Nelle asks Michael to drop her off at the hospital to meet with a lactation specialist, while he runs 20 miles out of town to get some glycerin lollipops for her labor.

Julian asks Ava if she’s seen the Invader this morning; Kiki shows Alexis a meme of her and Dr. Bensch… it says what a well-respected and accomplished guy he is and how she’s exploiting him.  Ava tells Julian she’d be tempted to do something about it if she weren’t completely reformed; Julian tells her he’s had some thoughts lately and they should talk.  She tells him to “hold onto those thoughts” – Griffin asks, “what thoughts?”  She pretends she has no idea and suggests they go to breakfast; she sees Nelle at the Metro Court and suggests they go to Kelley’s.  They get in a small argument over everything, including his phone call to Anna, not talking to her, the DNA test… he kisses her and tells her he has to go.  Kiki tells Alexis she isn’t sure how much more she can take; she wonders if she was wrong to file the suit against Dr. Bensch.  Alexis pumps her up again and tells her to go home and relax; she turns around, picks up her phone and says, “desperate times call for desperate measures.”  She calls Ava; Ava tells Julian she doesn’t appreciate being “summoned like a servant”; as she leaves, he asks where she’s going.  She says she is going to tell her in person.

Drew talks to the new D.A. and fills her in on his history with Peter, Peter’s background, and the history of Faison; he says all the lives Peter affected are connected to him.  She says she has a ton of questions, but they are going to have to wait; she leaves.  He follows her to Peter August’s hospital room; she is only there to introduce herself to Peter… Drew says he’s there to ask questions.  He asks where the hell his life is that Peter promised to return.  Peter claims the flash drive he had with his memories on it, was lost when Obrecht knocked him out; the D.A. recalls finding an empty envelope on the floor of the hotel room where he was staying.  Drew says he doesn’t think Peter ever intended to give him that flash drive.

Jason sees Chase at the gym; he asks for updates on the plan.  Chase says Janelle needs to be stopped; Jason is worried it might cost Michael his life.  Michael asks Nelle if she’s okay; she says she knows he snuck off in the middle of the night… he says he had to deal with the Japanese markets and didn’t want to wake her.  She starts to tell him, “if you can’t or won’t give” her what she needs… he urges her to finish.  She says he has been distant since the wedding and asks if he has “buyer’s remorse,” adding that she feels like an obligation he has to take care of.  Michael brings up his mom and Nelle says “the stress isn’t good for the baby,” accusing him of putting Carly first.  He says he thinks he has proved himself by now; she reminisces about the little things he used to do to show he really cared about her.  She feels the baby kick and says it is a reminder about what’s at stake; she apologizes and tells him to get back to work.  She says they’ll be “just fine.”  She immediately picks up her phone when he leaves.

Jason says Michael’s life is not an acceptable risk; Chase gets a message from Nelle… she wants to meet at the pier.  He thinks she is going to ask him to kill Michael.  Michael comes to talk to Jason; he’s about to fill him in on the plan.  Jason says he doesn’t need to since he was there when Chase got the text.  Michael says it’s “game on.”  Nelle meets Chase at the docks; she tells him that she is sure Michael is plotting to divorce her and take the baby as soon as it’s born.  She also says that “his other family” wants her completely out of the picture; she says she is terrified.  She says she heard Sonny tell Michael the other day that he was going to take care of his problem; she says that problem is her.  He tells her he could tell Commissioner Ashford; she says her only hope is to stay married to Michael… unless…
