Wednesday, November 7, 2018 (S56E151): He Isn’t My Child

Spencer is at the hospital with his grandma Laura and aunt Lulu; he sits down in the hallway to look up the penalties for meddling in an election and if they apply to minors on his tablet.  Brad confides in Britt; he tells her the entire story, how Nelle swapped her baby for his dead, newly-adopted one, and says ever since he stole his child, he sees Michael everywhere.  He says he gets physically sick to his stomach every time Michael looks at “Wiley.”  She tells himhe has a right to be happy, and convinces him that he is doing the right thing because Wiley is much safer living with him and Lucas than he would be with Michael and Sonny.  Brad thanks her and leaves; he runs into Spencer in the hallway and brings him in to see Britt.  See is so happy; he runs and hugs her and they talk.  Brad leaves.

Michael talks to his grandmother; he tells her he is actually starting to make peace with Jonah’s death.  He tells her about the support group and offers to go to the hospital with her because he wants to see when the next meeting is.  When they get there they run into “Kevin” and Laura tells him that she wants him to move his stuff out of her house as soon as possible, since he doesn’t want to be there anymore.  Lulu convinces her that she is strong enough to go on with her campaign despite her husband’s emotional bomb drop.

Curtis, Sam and Jason tell Carly that they are going infiltrate Ferncliff and find out what is going on with that patient in the room next to hers.  She begs them not to risk it, saying she wouldn’t want Jason going to prison again because of her curiosity, but they convince her that it is worth investigating.  Curtis sneaks in behind two security guards’ backs, and into a room where an orderly leaves a tray of medication; as he is looking at the medicine, the new head nurse comes in and asks what he is doing.  He puts on a good act, threatening to have the facility shut down if they can’t prove to him that they have fixed their security issues, which they obviously have not.
