Lulu and Dante are in bed
– well, a mattress on the floor of their new house – smiling and imagining
their new baby (girl)… they muse about their new life, in their new home, with their children. Elizabeth comes into Franco’s apartment, saying if she
was thinking rationally, she wouldn’t be there, but she needed to talk to
someone. He asks about what, and she
shows him the diamonds; she describes how she found them. Franco is playful and cute in his responses,
as she gave all the details of the events and Nikolas’ death; she mentions that
Ava was there and showed up earlier to offer her condolensces. She explains her quandary; what to do with
them, since Nikolas stole them from Hayden and she stole it from the government
(having hidden it during the raid of her father’s belongings) and they really
should be turned over to the FBI. If
she turns them in, Hayden goes to prison; she’s not sure she can live with
that. Franco says she should do it,
then questions why she came to him, of all people, with a moral dilemma.
Olbrecht sneaks into the lab when Finn steps
out; she looks at his journal, and assumes he is trying to invent a new party
drug to rival ectascy and threatens to report him; she swipes his phone.. Lulu gets the phone call from Dr. Lee that
she was waiting for – except it’s not the news they were hoping for; their
embryo is not viable anymore. She is
upset that she won’t get to experience being pregnant and having their child.
She cries. Hayden’s mom is still trying
to convince her to go away with her; Hayden thinks maybe she has a reason to
stay and goes to see Finn. He’s an ass
to her and ends up running her off – for her own good, he says.
Elizabeth confesses to Franco that she knew he’d be
there for her, that she knew she could trust him, that he wouldn’t judge her or
condemn her – or hurt her – she tells him that she was once raped and it
changed her forever; still, she admits that she is having the same feelings for
him as he has for her; tells him Jake even says, he makes her happy… they
kiss. Hayden’s mom receives a phone all
from Heather Webber.
Finn comes into
Olbrecht’s office and catches her listening to his phone; she says she has
heard more than enough. He takes it back
and tells her if she makes a move against him, he will kill her with his bare
hands. A reporter, Roger, from some
gossip news show approaches Alexis, as she sits down to have lunch with her
girls… she runs him off, he says he will go with no comment. The girls ask if the bar really took her
license away and she explains the suspension to them; they sit down for lunch,
talking about her career and Julian, but the conversation turns to Cristina’s
relationship with Parker and they begin to fight. The reporter is recording it all on his phone from across the
patio.
