Tracy and Laura are at
the hospital waiting for the DNA test results from the jewelry Lulu found in
the tunnels; Lulu is rambling (she went thrift store shopping to distract
herself). Laura asks Tracy if she is
still in love with Luke… Tracey admits that she has not been able to shake him
yet. Kristina is leaving a message for
Parker when Molly finds her, grabs the phone and throws it in the bushes; Kristina
tells Molly that her mom is the one who drove Parker away. She says she hopes they throw the book at
her; Molly can’t believe she really means that. Alexis waits impatiently; she asks Diane to assure her that it
will be okay; the board calls Alexis in for her hearing… Olivia rushes in
asking if she’s too late. She wants to
give her testimony in person even though the board already has her affidavit;
she pleads with the board to realize that the mayor is using them to get
revenge. Alexis asks to speak for
herself and makes a pretty good case for herself.
Franco is hiding in Elizabeth’s car when she goes to leave; he
says she left a window down and needs to be more careful. They talk and he tells her that he knows she
was the one who cleared him now; he asks her why she didn’t try to stop him
from ranting at some point to tell him.
She doesn’t seem to have an answer.
He thinks they finally have things behind them and she tells him that
she doesn’t think she can get past ‘who’ he used to be and doesn’t think they
should keep seeing each other. Franco is crushed. He tells Elizabeth that she is an angel to him; he had hoped she would be his
salvation – she tells him he has to find that within himself. She tells him to keep painting; he may find
that salvation in his art. Franco
gently strokes her face and she looks perfectly ready to kiss him; he kisses
her on the cheek and walks away.
The
board calls Alexis in for their decision; they suspend her indefinitely, saying
they will reconvene in a year to make a final determination. Diane tries to encourage her but Alexis
doesn’t know what she’s going to do. Molly
tells Kristina that her mom was only doing what she thought was best;
demonstrating the kind of love that allows their child to hate their parent in
order to keep them from hurting themselves. Kristina gets mad at Molly and
tells her to go away, then breaks down crying and Molly hugs her and offers to
take her home and binge watch movies; they forget Kristina’s phone in the bushes. As they walk away, Parker tries to call.
