Yay… the ‘real’ Maxie is back! (I think.)  She looks somewhat different; like she lost too much weight or something (her face is thinner, chin and nose pointy like mine, which I always disliked).  Maybe it’s just the way they did her makeup this time.  I don’t know; more bitchy looking, I guess.  Or maybe she was gone because she was having something done to change her looks?  Always thought she was beautiful; still is, just different somehow.  Anyway, she finds out that Claudette is there in the hospital, has a confrontation with her because Claudette overhears a conversation between her and Nathan, walks out of her exam room to gloat about having spent the night in the jeep with him (even though her knee is supposedly hurt).  Nathan takes Claudette back to her room and then comes back out and asks Maxie to marry him, today.  I don’t think she is going to like that idea.

Griffin walks in to examine Claudette’s knee; they stare in disbelief at each other.  I guess he didn’t see her name on the paperwork.  Lol.  Okay, Franco is still being questioned by the police, while Elizabeth talks to Griffin about the evening… her date with Franco, how things went – back up to when they left the hospital – she figures out that Franco couldn’t have been the one to do it.  Nurse Nancy said the patients monitors were off when she died, that’s why no alarm sounded; but, when Franco left the room, with the vial in his pocket, the patient’s monitors were on.  He left right after that with Elizabeth.  Franco is cleared; but of course, no one bothers to relay the information to him that Elizabeth was the one who exonerated him.  He thinks she wants nothing more to do with him because when he called to talk to her, she was about to be questioned by Nathan and told him she couldn’t right then.  So when he goes back to the hospital, he tells Elizabeth that he is going to leave her alone, starting right now; she just stands there like a dummy and lets him walk away.

Kiki thinks Morgan has gone off his meds again, or is having a manic episode anyway – and he is kind of acting like it, but I think he just honestly thought he was making a good decision when he hired Lucy (who took a real estate course and is now a realtor) to find an apartment for he and Kiki; Lucy meets them at Perks to show them the apartment and Kiki is not happy about it.  She tells Lucy she and Morgan need to talk.  She tells him what she thinks.
