Alexis, still staring at the pregnancy test, hears a knock at the door; it’s Diane, ready to go the courthouse for Julian’s arraignment.  Diane asks what that is, then begins to rant about what they need to do if she is pregnant; Alexis hands it to her and tells her to calm down.  She is not pregnant.  Diane tells her she understands if she is conflicted, still being in love with Julian; Alexis tells her he is a monster and swears to her that she is NOT STILL in love with him and wants him to see that in her eyes when she testifies against him.  She tells Diane the only thing she feels for him is the need to take him down.  Diane says she is glad to hear that.

Griffin tells Julian he is healing well; he is good enough to go to his arraignment.  One of Julian’s men comes to see him, saying he hears he’s getting out soon; Julian tells him he’s not going anywhere.  When Griffin comes back in, Julian tells him he knows he doesn’t like him, begins to talk about Duke and passes the out… Griffin calls for a code blue, stat.  When he wakes up, Griffin tells him that he had a close call and needs to rest now.  He won’t be going to his arraignment after all.

Jordan passes by Curtis as she is on her way to meet at date for dinner; thanks him for talking to TJ, telling him that he forgave her.  Curtis looks at her with defiance, and tells her that forgiveness is a good thing, and maybe she should try it sometime; she says, “Oh, you mean…me forgiving you.”  Andre shows up for their date; he asks if she’s okay.  Curtis meets with Nina; she tells him she wants to call off the investigation into Claudette, explaining that it is at her brother’s request.  They talk about the plastic surgery investigation, then Nina notices something bothering him; he says he will want to bust the doctors when they figure everything out.  The conversation turns to Nina recalling the first time they met, and he hit on her; adds that Franco had to tell her that he was hitting on her, then quickly mentions that she is not with Franco anymore.  He smiles.  Valerie walks over to the table; Nina is completely embarrassed when he stands up and starts kissing her.

The commissioner calls to have Alexis come talk to her; Diane says she is going with her.  Alexis says she doesn’t need a lawyer; Diane replies no, but you might need a friend - Alexis hugs her.  Kevin tells Laura that he thinks they make a good time; and they need to find a way to escape.  Dante and Lulu have the same discussion – Laura says she thinks she might know a way.  Laura gives Dante directions to a passageway that leads out of the wine cellar.  Jordan gets the call, telling her that Julian is not going to make the arraignment; there has been a complication.

On Cassadine Island, Valentine now explains himself (as the bastard son) and demeans Nikolas for his ‘legitimacy’ as the son of a man who kidnapped his mother and forced her to marry him.  Nikolas asks what he wants; he says he wants it all.  Nikolas refuses to sign over everything to this man.  He grabs Ava and threatens to start shooting every person in the room.  Nikolas changes his mind, he signs them; the man raises the gun to shoot Ava anyway, tying up loose ends; Nikolas grabs for the gun, pushing Ava out of the way.  The man shoots, hitting Nikolas in the chest; he falls backwards over a balcony (wow, that seems to be a theme for Nikolas).
