Nikolas and Ava are still being held against their will; as they argue with each other as to how to handle the situation, Huxley comes in with food. Nikolas demands to know what is going on. Huxley says Ava has a Greek 'figurine' called the Weeping Nyad, from the late archaic period, mid-nineteenth century; he wants it. Ava tells him he can't have it. She eventually gives him a case with a statue in it, but minutes later, he returns saying it's a fake.

She apologizes. Sonny brings Morgan home; Morgan admits to his family that he was scared. Kiki and Dillon head out for their date; Kiki has a cold, and is sneezing and coughing. Julian comes to see Alexis, currently being held in the interrogation room. She tells him she is not speaking without an attorney and he knows she set her up. He remarks, "no evidence..." and shrugs his shoulders. She tells him he missed a spot of blood when he wiped off the knife. He swears he didn't set her up, but tells her she should confess to avoid going to prison. She refuses. He says there's another way; she can stand trial and be acquitted - he thinks that way, they will still stand a chance. She tells him they are done. Ana comes back in and tells Alexis that she knows she didn't do it and she wants her help convicting the person who did.
