Sonny comes to see Alexis
at her house; she thanks him. He tells
her she already did; he didn’t come to gloat; he is there as a friend. Sonny reassures her that she did the right
thing; she has nothing to feel bad about.
He leaves her, asking if she is going to be all right – she says
eventually. He says he’s around if she
needs him. He makes a phone call to ask
if “it’s all set.” Alexis looks at her
calendar with concern; I have the feeling she may actually be pregnant.
Hayden meets with Tracy at the bar – Tracy
has arranged for Finn’s medicine to be smuggled in… Hayden says she has a
problem being a ‘drug mule’ – while Finn is at home tearing through his house,
looking for an extra dose he had hidden somewhere. Tracy tells Hayden she will go on this mission alone then, but
she has to tell Finn. They go to see
him; Finn forbids Tracy from going on a drug run, despite the fact that he is
out. He tells them both that he wants
them to stay out of it. Elizabeth shows
Franco an email she got confirming enrollment to an art camp for Jake (Franco
says he meant to tell her about that).
She’s a little miffed. Franco apologizes. After being, semi-sweet and admitting that
there are things she likes and appreciates about him, Elizabeth tells Franco if
he has any more ideas about her son, to talk to her first.
C.J. talks to Nina, admitting that she had
stopped reading Crimson, until the green issue came out; tells her she was
impressed. Nina likes her. Just as Maxie walks in, she asks what the
“C” stands for; Maxie answers, Claudette.
Nina nearly chokes on her coffee.
Claudette tells her that C.J. is her professional name, and she just
didn’t want to get any special treatment… Nina tells her not to worry, because
she won’t get any. She tells her she’s
fired. Maxie asks Nina to speak in the
other room – she tells her she wants Claudette there, so she can keep an eye on
her, because she doesn’t trust her.
Ooooh, Nina goes back out and tells her that she is not fired after all…
Maxie has convinced her to give her a chance.
She insists she thank Maxie; then glares at her as she leaves the
room. She goes to talk to Curtis; hires
him to investigate a doctor doing bad plastic surgery; he offers to investigate
Claudette as well. Maxie insists she is
just doing what is best for the magazine. Claudette assures her that she has
completely moved past her relationship with Nathan and won’t cause any
trouble.
Franco overhears Elizabeth
asking Nurse Johnson to try to schedule her on opposite hours from Franco; she
says if she can stay away from him, she will be okay – he tells her he is done
trying to be nice. What’s the use? Maxi tells Nathan she needs a favor; she
wants him to take Claudette to lunch.
